Hello. I like writing, having opinions, facing down injustice and intolerance, and not walking on by when I can maybe make a difference, no matter how small. I like books, films and tv, and never letting someone be wrong on the internet and go unchallenged! You’d think I’d be sick of doing that, after twenty-odd years, but apparently not. Hurrah for persistence and bloody-mindedness.

I have three grown up children, who are all amazing, smart and caring, and one grandchild who is brilliant. I’m a bi, queer, neurodivergent woman and have somehow acquired the MOST rainbow family, which I am delighted to have every part of in my life. Our non-bio family (it washes just as clean) are our friends who we couldn’t be without. They are a constant source of joy when we’re sad, hope when we’re lost, food when we’re hungry, and drink when there’s nothing else for it. And our whippets. They’re our family too.

I like this shade of blue, tequila, violet, ginger, maraschino cherries, a good dirty martini, eating good food and listening to music. I have SO MANY Spotify playlists… I hate coriander leaf, seafood and transphobia.

I’m at last studying with the Open University, on a Combined STEM BSc, with a focus on psychology. It’s ace.

In my spare time, I am trying to accumulate as many strings to my bow as possible, whilst I’ve got some brain cells left. I’m an ordained non-denominational minister, a certified Parapsychologist, have a distinction in mediumship and also in advanced tarot.
